Community Standards:  The Clare Haven subdivision is covered by Protective Covenants and Restrictions designed to:

 

• Protect and enhance the quality of life of the residents;

• Preserve the natural beauty of the properties, especially the trees;

• Protect the value of the owners' investments in the property;

• Ensure the best use and most appropriate development and improvement of the subdivision and the homes in the subdivision.

 

The stardards by which the subdivision is governed are set out in the Protective Covenants and Restrictions as most recently amended, on file with Cabarrus County.  A copy of the Covenants and Restrictions is available here.
