Clare Haven Homeowners Association (HOA) is comprised of the property owners in the Clare Haven subdivision located in Harrisburg, North Carolina. The HOA oversees the maintenance of common areas, ensures that the architectural and landscaping standards of the subdivision are upheld and coordinates community events.

2026 Annual Meeting:

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Clare Haven Homeowners Association was held on March 24, 2026 at 7:00pm, via Zoom electronic conference meeting.  The Board of Directors were elected, and the 2026 Budget was approved.
