Architectural Committee:

 

The Architectural Committee is comprised of Clare Haven HOA members of the Clare Haven HOA appointed by the Board of directors.  Construction of buildings and fences, placement of landscape lighting and screening plantings, among other items specified in the Covenants, must be approved by this Committee.

 

Before beginning any such project, or any alteration that changes the external appearance of a residence or property, residents/owners should carefully review the Protective Covenants and Restrictions to ensure the proposed changes are in compliance, then submit a completed Architectural Change Request.  Mail your Change Request to the Architectural Committee at Clare Haven HOA, PO Box 444, Harrisburg, NC 28075, or email to ClareHaven.Architectural@gmail.com.
