Board of Directors:  The HOA is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the members at the annual meeting.  The Board is governed by the Bylaws adopted by the membership.  Current directors/officers are:

Board meetings are tentatively scheduled for the first or second Thursday of each month as business requires.  To submit an item to be considered by the Board at its next meeting, submit it via email through the link below at least four days prior to the scheduled meeting so that it may be placed on the agenda.
